-If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your item(s) we do accept returns.

 

-You must e-mail info@shoplurose.com within 7 days of receiving your item in order to start the return process.

 

-In order to be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, undamaged and have the original tags still attached.

 

-Buyer will be responsible for return shipping cost.

 

-The refund will be the amount of the item and will NOT include the original shipping cost.

-Orders will ship for a flat rate of $6.95 for standard shipping within the U.S.

-Purchases over $100 will qualify for free shipping.
